The lady answering the phone is beyond rude and couldn't care less about helping you. I called today to see if I could schedule a delivery. She looked up my account and told me that since I hadn't used them in awhile that I'd be better off sticking with suburban propane. I was shocked. Well, that is exactly what I will be doing! I'm glad I own my tank and can use someone who actually wants my business.
